PCS is a voluntary welfare organization registered with the Commissioner of Charities and a member of the National Council of Social Service.
Currently we have 37 services spanning across the island, serving people from all races and religions.

SERVICES
Children Services
We are a Christian community service with the mission to provide affordable and accessible quality child care services to meet the child care needs of working parents and the developmental needs of children.
PCS’s first centre located at block 113, Bukit Merah View was named “Heng Teck”, offering kindergarten with play and nursery programmes. Its scope of services was later expanded to provide a range of services including infant care, childcare and student care. PCS has 9 childcare centres, 4 infant care centre, 1 school-based student care and 3 student care centres.
Eldercare Services
To establish PCS as the leading organization in the provision of accessible, affordable and high quality care for the elderly regardless of race and religion.
DORCAS Home Care Service
Dorcas Home Care was established in October 1992. It was jointly set up by the Ministry of Health and PCS, and supported by the National Council of Social Service. We were the first to operate the meals-on-wheels service in Chinatown area. The service was later expanded to include other components of home help service.
Objectives:
To enable older persons to continue to live in the community despite their frailty, and
To support working family members in the care of their old and frail members.
SARAH Seniors Activity Centre
SARAH SAC was started in 1998 with the support of MCYS and NCSS to serve the elderly residents of Blk 105 and 106, Jalan Bt Merah.
Objectives:
To improve the quality of life of low-income seniors
To prevent social isolation of poor and vulnerable seniors in rental flats
To facilitate and coordinate community support services for seniors
The centre function:
As a drop-in for social and recreational activities.
As a resource centre for social services.
As a crisis monitoring centre for vulnerable elderly.
Evergreen Circle Seniors Activity Centre
Evergreen Circle Neighbourhood Link was started in 2001 with support from MCYS to serve the elderly residents of Tampines Grove RC zone.
Objectives:
To assist vulnerable seniors in obtaining appropriate support services in order to age in place
To provide opportunities for seniors to be active and volunteer in meaningful activities
To promote intergenerational bonding between the young and old
